Construction progress update · October 26, 2026
Horizon Dermatology and Aesthetics has completed a pre-construction walkthrough of our future clinic at the Southern Hills Medical Office Building in Southwest Las Vegas. Our October 20, 2026 photos capture the space before the planned renovation, and we’re excited for construction to begin as we prepare for a planned March 2027 opening.
From an empty space to a place for skin care
Walking through the clinic made this next chapter feel real. The rooms are empty, the existing finishes are still in place, and the space has not yet taken on Horizon’s look. But this is the starting point for the practice we are building: a welcoming setting for medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
These photographs document the “before.” They show the existing reception counters, hallways, cabinetry, and rooms, including patches on the walls and natural light coming through the windows. As work moves forward, we look forward to sharing how those spaces change.
What this construction update means
The October 20 visit was a pre-construction milestone, rather than a finished-clinic reveal. We are preparing for the renovation ahead and will share further progress as it happens. Our planned opening remains March 2027; any changes to that timing will be communicated through our website.
Our future home in Southwest Las Vegas
Horizon Dermatology and Aesthetics is preparing to open at 9280 W. Sunset Road, Suite 426, Las Vegas, NV 89148, on the fourth floor of the Southern Hills Medical Office Building. Visit our clinic location page for the latest location information.
Looking ahead to patient care
While we prepare the space, we are also planning the experience we want patients to have: thoughtful care, clear communication, and a focus on their individual concerns. Our planned services span medical dermatology, surgical dermatology, and cosmetic dermatology.

Questions about the new clinic
Is Horizon Dermatology and Aesthetics open yet?
No. As of this October 26, 2026 update, we are preparing our future clinic for a planned March 2027 opening.
What do the October 20 photos show?
They show the clinic’s existing interior and building exterior during our pre-construction walkthrough. They are a record of the space before the planned renovation, not images of the completed clinic.
Where can I follow construction progress?
We’ll share updates on the Horizon blog and on Instagram as our future Southern Hills clinic takes shape.
Thank you for being part of this beginning. We’re excited to share the next steps with our Las Vegas community.
